分销成交后的佣金记账由 CUBE 维护;实际结算与提现到账由 ECB 通道完成(TNG/银行),CUBE 仅生成一次性引导链接,不经手资金。佣金费率以你在 CUBE 的账户等级为准。CUBE maintains commission accounting; actual settlement and payout are completed via ECB (TNG/bank). CUBE only issues a one-time link and never touches funds. Commission rate follows your CUBE account tier.
你须对自己发布的内容与带货行为负责,遵守目标平台规则与当地法律;不得用于禁售/违法商品。You are responsible for your published content and reselling activity, must follow target-platform rules and local law, and must not use the service for prohibited/illegal goods.
服务按“现状”提供。对货源信息、第三方平台与支付/提现通道的可用性,我们尽力但不作绝对保证。在法律允许范围内,TOSCM 不对间接损失负责。The service is provided “as is”. We make best efforts but no absolute guarantee on product data and third-party platform/payment availability. To the extent permitted by law, TOSCM is not liable for indirect losses.
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
